AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's Gemini are 'irrational' and prone to making simple mistakes, study finds
While you might expect AI to be the epitome of cold, logical reasoning, researchers now suggest that they might be even more illogical than humans. Researchers from University College London put seven of the top AIs through a series of classic tests designed to test human reasoning. Even the best-performing AIs were found to be irrational and prone to simple mistakes, with most models getting the answer wrong more than half the time. However, the researchers also found that these models weren't irrational in same way as a human while some even refused to answer logic questions on'ethical grounds'. Olivia Macmillan-Scott, a PhD student at UCL and lead author on the paper, says: 'Based on the results of our study and other research on Large Language Models, it's safe to say that these models do not'think' like humans yet.'
China's spy agency claims 'gene weapons' that target specific races are being developed by 'certain' countries in eerie warning
China claims terrorists have'armed' themselves with AI-created genetic weapons that target specific races. Ministry of State Security released a statement on WeChat announcing that'certain' non-governmental organizations recruited Chinese'volunteers' to collect biodiversity distribution data under the guise of biological species research. The statement noted that these foreign nations are engineering weapons that hunt out genetic differences associated with ethnicity or race. It comes after Independent presidential hopeful RFK Jr claimed Covid-19 was'ethnically targeted' to not effect Jewish or Chinese people in a bizarre rant. China's Ministry of State Security alleges these foreign nations could attack its people as the organization used Chinese people to steal species data, which was uploaded to a smartphone app (stock photo) 'Compared with traditional biological weapons and chemical weapons, genetic weapons are more concealable, deceptive, easy to spread and harmful in the long-term, and are difficult to prevent, difficult to isolate, and low-cost.

Meta to make new version of AI model available free of charge on Microsoft
Mark Zuckerberg's Meta is making a commercial version of its artificial intelligence model freely available, in a move that gives startups and other businesses a low-cost opportunity compete with OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Bard. A new version of a Meta large language model (LLM), called Llama 2, will be distributed by Microsoft through its Azure cloud service and will run on the Windows operating system, Meta said in a blogpost, referring to Microsoft as "our preferred partner" for the release. LLMs underpin generative AI products like the ChatGPT chatbot, although ChatGPT's owner has not open-sourced – or made widely available to others – its LLM, called GPT-4. The model, which Meta previously provided only to select academics for research purposes, also will be made available via direct download and through Amazon Web Services, Hugging Face and other providers. "Open source drives innovation because it enables many more developers to build with new technology," Zuckerberg wrote in a Facebook post.

What Is ChatGPT and How to Use It - LOST OFFER
While ChatGPT and Google are both involved in the field of artificial intelligence and language processing, they serve different purposes and have different capabilities. ChatGPT is designed to be used as a chatbot, providing personalized and engaging responses to user input in a conversational manner. Google, on the other hand, offers a range of products and services that use AI and language processing, including search engine technologies and machine learning tools. It is possible that ChatGPT and Google could potentially be integrated or used together in some way, but this would depend on the specific use case and the goals of the user or organization. It is best to carefully evaluate the capabilities of ChatGPT and Google, and determine how they can best be used to meet your specific needs and requirements.
